Overview

One hot night, a child captures the ‘beast’ that has long haunted the chicken coops in their village. The next day, racked with guilt at having hunted it down, she joins her cousins to save it from the adults’ punishment, but hides the fact that it was her hand that wounded it.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A short film about childhood accountability, where a girl's hunt turns into an act of grace. It balances the weight of secrets against the possibility of making things right.
