Overview

Pyotr is a speleologist. He has a family and a job. But in a remote cave in Bashkiria, among sheer cliffs and underground rivers, there is a place that has become a refuge for him from everyday life and a portal to the past, where he can hear his own voice again.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A meditative portrait of a speleologist who descends into a remote Bashkirian cave not just to explore, but to reconnect with himself. It's a quiet study of how we use places to escape ourselves and find ourselves again.
