Overview
Twelve-year-old Tomy spends the summer of the 1999 solar eclipse with his best friend Chris on an alpine pasture. When Chris learns that Tomy's father is in hospital with AIDS, their friendship falls apart – and Tomy suddenly finds himself torn between exclusion and the secrecy of his own family.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A tender but aching portrait of childhood friendships fractured by adult secrets and stigma, set against the strange beauty of a solar eclipse. The film finds poetry in shame, silence, and the vast gulf between what children understand and what the world refuses to tell them.
