How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A thoughtful examination of conscience set against the American Civil War, where a Quaker family must wrestle with the conflict between their deepest religious convictions and the brutal demands of survival. Warm and human in its treatment of everyday struggle, but never sentimental about the impossible choices at stake.
