Overview

When college coach Herb Brooks is hired to helm the 1980 U.S. men's Olympic hockey team, he brings a unique and brash style to the ice. After assembling a team of hot-headed college all-stars, who are humiliated in an early match, Brooks unites his squad against a common foe: the heavily-favored Soviet team.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A taut, propulsive sports drama about a disparate group of young athletes learning to transcend their individual egos for a shared purpose. It builds inexorably toward one of history's greatest upsets with the precision of a perfectly executed play.
