Overview

People are dying mysteriously and gruesomely, and nobody has a clue what the cause is. Only health worker Mike Brady has a possible solution, but his theory of killer slugs is laughed at by the authorities. Only when the body count begins to rise and a slug expert from England begins snooping around does it begin to look like Mike had the right idea after all.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A delightfully trashy creature feature where disgusting practical effects and gleefully excessive gore play it entirely straight, treating mutant slugs as a genuine civic emergency. It's ridiculous but committed, with the kind of B-movie earnestness that makes the absurdity land.
