A criminal defence lawyer, Sam, (Pascale Bussières, Ma Vie en cinémascope, When Night is Falling), finds herself kidnapped and abandoned on a remote island along with former client Paul (François Arnaud, Heated Rivalry, Fucktoys, The Borgias), who she previously cleared of sexual assault charges. As they make their way through the unrelenting Canadian wilderness, Paul’s behaviour forces Sam to question the man she once defended. As doubt gives way to fear, she finds herself facing a choice no lawyer should ever have to make.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A taut psychological thriller where a lawyer's professional certainty collapses as she's stranded in the wilderness with a man she may have fatally misjudged. The Canadian landscape becomes increasingly claustrophobic as paranoia and doubt take hold.
