When a project to build a thousand flats in Oslo is put out to tender, architect Julie has an idea: why not convert empty underground car parks into residential buildings? A pitch-black, keenly observed satire about an all-too-near future.
How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A pitch-black satire that finds dark comedy in bureaucratic absurdity and architectural madness: watching Julie pitch an increasingly unhinged vision of urban development while everyone around her nods along. Sharp, biting, and uncomfortably close to how the world actually works.
