Overview
The story follows a family of five, living quietly and away from prying eyes on the Izu Islands—including the youngest daughter, born invisible. Their mother, who had raised her cheerfully, has passed away from illness, and their anxious father has devoted himself to hiding his daughters from the world. One day, however, they must set out on a journey to visit their grandmother, a famous actress living in Tokyo.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A quiet, lyrical film about a family emerging from self-imposed isolation after loss, as a magical premise becomes a gentle exploration of connection and visibility. It's tender rather than fantastical, contemplative rather than plot-driven.
