Overview

Ryan "Holli-wood" Holliger is a charismatic, pit bull of a man with six kids by five different women. His best friend AccRite is a rapper and laborer, dealing with an unimaginable loss. They have big dreams of making their own movie about fatherhood in their working class Missouri town. Over the course of one pivotal, madcap year, the film becomes something else entirely: a vehicle for accountability, healing and self discovery for their families.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A documentary that dissolves the line between making a film and living one, watching two working-class men in Missouri attempt to tell their own story while their lives force uncomfortable truths to the surface. It's messy, funny, and ultimately about what it takes to face yourself.
