Overview

Ayoub, 16, is getting ready for his first swimming lesson. Obsessed with a bodybuilding video, he uses a marker to draw the outlines of the muscles he doesn’t have. But he’s running late and has no time to wash the drawings off before heading to class. Before getting into the pool, he’ll have to go through the changing room and undress in front of everyone. Ayoub is not ready.

How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A taut 15-minute portrait of adolescent vulnerability, following a teenager's mounting dread as he faces public exposure in a changing room. The film distills the specific terror of being seen before you're ready into a quiet, almost unbearable moment.
