Aisha Muharrar

Aisha Muharrar is an American writer, producer, and director. A graduate of Harvard University with a degree in English and American Literature, she began her television career as a staff writer on Sit Down, Shut Up before joining Parks and Recreation, where she wrote and produced the series for six seasons, finishing as Co-Executive Producer. She also served as Co-Executive Producer on The Good Place, has written and directed the play Seldom, Very Seldom, and has developed comedy pilots for NBC and ABC. Her work has earned nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award, Writers Guild Award, and NAACP Award.
