Ashwin Gangaraju is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his evocative storytelling and visual flair in Telugu cinema. He made his directorial debut with Aakashavaani (2021), a critically acclaimed forest drama set in an unnamed time and remote region of Andhra Pradesh, celebrated for its original narrative with emotional resonance and immersive world-building. Originally from Railway Koduru, a town near Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, Ashwin is now based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
