Jay John Michael Hector was born in the King George Hospital in London, the middle child with one older brother and one younger sister, and spent his youth living in the English county of Essex, studying drama and art. At just 16, Jay started working in the City of London for Goldman Sachs, where his tenacious work and innocent charm got him noticed by everyone.
