Vinayak Sasikumar

Vinayak Sasikumar (born 13 June 1994) is an Indian lyricist, screenwriter, and poet primarily active in the Malayalam cinema industry. Born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Vinayak completed his schooling before moving to Chennai to earn his degree in Economics from Loyola College, followed by post-graduate studies at the Madras School of Economics. He initially worked as a data scientist before transitioning full-time into film writing. He began his career as a lyricist at a young age, debuting in 2013 with Kutteem Kolum and gaining widespread acclaim later that year with Sameer Thahir's cult road film Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi.
