Michael Basta

Michael Basta is a Director, Editor, Writer, and Producer with a degree in Film/Video Production from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. From 2016-2023, he worked in the entertainment industry as a Video Editor on Hulu’s marketing creative team. He's edited a wide range of promotional content: including trailers, teasers, social promos, brand spots, ad sales, sizzles, display units, and cultural campaigns. He currently work as a freelance video editor/producer. He's also a Co-Founder of an independent film collective called Omnes Films, which seek to fill a void in modern cinema with films made by friends that are passionate, ambitious, favor atmosphere over plot, and study the many forms of cultural decay in the 21st century.
