Deanté Gray is an award-winning filmmaker and photographer from Houston, Texas whose journey from professional athlete to storyteller shapes the heart of his work. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, and Digital Media from Texas Christian University (TCU) and his Master’s in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. Before stepping behind the camera, Deante’ excelled on the football field—first as a standout student-athlete for the TCU Horned Frogs, then as a wide receiver for his hometown NFL team, the Houston Texans.
