Johan Verlinde

Johan Verlinde is a Dutch water-management and climate-adaptation professional working for the City of Rotterdam. He has played a leading role in Rotterdam's climate-adaptation strategy and efforts to make the city more resilient to flooding, heat and other climate risks.
