Black Panther is probably the best at being self contained out of the entire MCU. If someone hasn't seen any others and doesn't have interest in superhero movies, they could still watch Black Panther as an action/drama and love it. I like action movies to be comedies in disguise, so Black Panther isn't a personal favorite. Chadwick Boseman is great though, and Michael B Jordan's Killmonger is one of the best MCU villains.
