Ghosted

The leading couple is in London, fleeing and fighting some bad guys, and they go into a tunnel. When they exit the tunnel, STILL fleeing and fighting the bad guys, the screen says "Pakistan". They are in Pakistan now. So either...
1) There's a tunnel from London to Pakistan
2) They exited the tunnel in London, hopped on a plane, landed in Pakistan, entered another tunnel and resumed fighting the same people
3) This action rom-com has a sci-fi element that is never referenced again where you can go in this tunnel and be transported to Pakistan

This happens maybe a half hour into the movie and I never got over it.
