Synecdoche, New York

Hazel being the actress who played Alpha on the Walking Dead really messed with me the whole time. Every time she spoke, all I could hear was her saying "Give me back my daugh-a-ter."

I can see why people love this, but it's a little MUCH. It's cool how it follows such a long period of time and the evolution of these relationships, and everything with the play starts to pay off in the back half, but it's just... I hate to call something pretentious, but if there was a time, this is it.
