The entire cast is oddly overacting in a very early 2000s straight to video sequel with no returning characters kind of way. Even people who are usually good seem off in this, so I guess it was intentional. It's worth one singular watch for all the cameos, especially if you are a fan of SNL or Mad Men or cereal.
