Overview
Widowed mother Holly is radically tested when her teenage daughter Betsey experiences a profound enlightenment and insists that her body is no longer her own, but in service to a higher power. Bound to her newfound faith, Betsey refuses to eat but loses no weight. In an agonizing dilemma, torn between love and fear, Holly is forced to confront the boundaries of her own beliefs.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A psychological horror film that turns the domestic space into a pressure cooker of spiritual crisis and maternal terror. Watching it feels like witnessing a family fracture from within, where love and incomprehension collide over questions of autonomy and belief that have no easy answers.
