How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A gloriously ridiculous dive into 1970s machismo and newsroom chaos, where an oblivious anchorman's carefully maintained ego crumbles when a competent woman threatens his dominance. It's anarchic, deliberately unsubtle satire wrapped in screwball comedy that never takes itself seriously for a moment.

so much of this is just strung together, like paperclips being put together to form a string.
its characters aren't likeable or interesting and whatever jokes they throw at you is just kinda insufferable nonsense.

i chuckled like 2 times because honestly some background gags were decent but besides that this is such a painfully unfunny movie.
not really in that the jokes are terrible but more so that they are very, VERY bland and boring to sit threw.

There are so many laugh out loud moments that I love, and there are so many super weird moments that I don't love. It might also be because I watch the extended cut so some things that should have been cut are added back in. Overall the hits outweigh the misses, and this is a classic of it's generation.
