There is simple just not that much to care about, no characters to be invested in, no compelling story.

Black Bag hits the ground running from the very first sentence, so you have to be ready to go. I tried to watch it last week, and I was a little sleepy and missed the first few lines of dialogue, and that was enough to make me super confused for the whole dinner scene. Not today though! Today I was READY, and I'm so glad, because I was all in.
Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender are super hot together. The spy twists and turns are just enough to keep you guessing but not enough to confuse you or feel like it's twists for the sake of twists. Also, it's only an hour and a half! No filler, no fluff.
