a film that yearns in quietness while our central relationship is intimate and very personal as both are isolated at their respective homes.
together, they are happy.tsai ming-liang's days is another strong entry in his already fantastic filmographty. while its not my favorite, i think his minimalistic style and dialogue works for such a film where isolation and intimacy are such strong themes.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A quiet meditation on connection and solitude, following two men across an age gap as they orbit each other's lives with minimal dialogue and maximum emotional depth. Watching it is like observing moments of tenderness caught between long stretches of ordinary, lonely time.
