good ryan gosling performance, good cinematography and i like all the fade ins and outs but that doesn't stop the movie from feeling a bit lifeless and stoic like its main characters.
characters that die or are in danger aren't written that well.its first 40 min are fun but there is a clear interest in the crime thriller aspect rather then the human one.

Driver is a skilled Hollywood stuntman who moonlights as a getaway driver for criminals. When Irene's husband gets out of jail, he enlists Driver's help in a million-dollar heist.
