How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A stylized caper told with deadpan charm and meticulous stop-motion craft, where a fox's mid-life crisis heist spirals into an elaborate game of wits with three farmers. It's cozy mischief wrapped around questions about what we owe our families and who we really are.

This movie is.......amazing(you'd thought i would say fantastic?
I mean it is but the joke has been made to many times to be made again)
I could watch this on mute and still love it. The stop motion, the symmetry, the colors, the sets, everything. It's just so beautiful.
Favorite (Not Necessarily Best) Four From Every Year Since Birth
The first time I watched Fantastic Mr. Fox, I hated it. I saw it in theaters, and looking back at the date it came out, I was in my first trimester, so maybe it was the hormones talking.
Now fourteen years later, it was my first watch from my Second Chances list. I loved it. I want to replace all the framed art in my house with Fantastic Mr. Fox stills. Most of my laugh out loud moments were from Jason Schwartzman's Ash, but it got me every single time Kyrie had hypnotized eyes and when they would eat so chaotically. The sudden switch from being well-mannered, sharp-dressed, and proper to eating like, well, animals, caught me off guard in the best way.
