its found footage aspect is great and it leads to some genuine scares but largely i found the film boring in its characters.
it just feels like its on autopilot just so that scary shit can happen.
i think something like blair witch project works in that way but this reaches for a religious text yet it never really does anything interesting with that, its an intregal part of the film, yeah but it doesn't really say or do anything interesting with that.(watch my feature film kodak: https://boxd.it/dNvKo1 )
