How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A measured, intimate portrait of Lincoln navigating political brinkmanship and moral compromise in the war's final hours. Less a sweeping historical epic than a chamber drama about the weight of impossible decisions and the personal cost of leadership.

Lincoln is boring, yes but also nothing feels like it ultimately comes together which sucks because this is a pretty important story to tell.

Slavery and its history should be put to film but lincoln is so slow paced without any interesting politics or at least it doesn't present its politics in an interesting light. Lincoln himself and how he's written is not that great as well. I don't hate his character here but he isn't engaging to watch.
Same with everyone else.
The score is unmemorable and forgettable and it sounds like Daniel day Lewis is phoning it in for most of the film.
