May surpass the original, and personally, I think it definitely surpasses Bride of Frankenstein.
Rathbone hams it up a bit, but everyone else is in check and gives some of their best performances. Bela Lugosi is amazing as Ygor! It’s been said it is his best performance, and I think I agree.
