Chad Wiebe

Chad Wiebe is a Canadian visual effects supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic. Born and raised in Manitoba, he attended Red River College, where he initially studied graphic design and illustration. While enrolled in the Advanced Diploma Program, he had the opportunity to focus on computer animation. This turning point shifted his passion from graphic design to visual effects in film. He began his industry career at Frantic Films (now Prime Focus) in Winnipeg, where he spent eleven years working as a generalist, computer graphics artist, and digital effects specialist.
