still pretty fun but it lacks something going on with doc and jennifer.
where the first film was structurly sound, the seqeul already loses some of that with its strange inclusion of jennifer in the story.she's there but also not. she's not really a character and more of an obstacle and it sometimes feels like doc also just appears when its convenient.
marty is still marty but idk, there is a lack of a character arc for him.
i don't think characters calling him chicken is not really an arc.

The first part, the future (2015), is WILD. Super weird. I was very happy when they left 2015, because I am not sure I would enjoy a whole movie of that.
Then it started layering with the original movie. It won me back over, locked me in, and I loved it.
I wish I had a DeLorean time machine to protect me from watching this dreadful sequel.
