This hotel doesn't have streaming apps, so I have to keep watching The Office and movies on cable. So far I've watched part of Amazing Spider-Man 2, part of Amazing Spider-Man, all of Guardians 2, and maybe seven episodes of The Office.
Guardians 2 is really funny even though I think the story is meh.
The first half hour is a little slow for me, but it ramps up once the Drax and Mantis interactions start, and it never looks back. Everyone gets time to shine, and that's what I love most about the Guardians. It's not all Starlord all the time. Sonetimes it's Kraglin.
PS: Taserface is Toby from This Is Us, and that's wild.
I love Mantis.
Guardians 2 has a few of my favorite moments of the Guardians trilogy, but it is my least favorite of the three. The villain is one of the least compelling of the MCU, despite being well-acted, and the plot is a little all over the place.
