How It Feels

Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.

A provocative horror film that layers folk-horror dread with real-world racial violence, unfolding as a psychological descent that's as much about historical reckoning as it is about terror. The 91 minutes builds a simmering, hallucinatory atmosphere that never lets you feel safe.

I've not seen the original candyman but Nia decosta and Jordan peele's ability to create this piece of horror, in its terror but also commentary is pretty cool.

Its not the most original commentary but there is a lot of interesting things here.
The way black people use art to spread messages and how basically black people are a scapegoat.
Yahya abdul mateen gives a great performance and the characters are all around the board written decently well.
