How is James McAvoy so scary with the same face that was also Mr. Tumnus?! I guess he wasn't jacked as Mr. Tumnus though.
After seeing this trailer a hundred times, I figured I had seen most of the film. It still managed to be suspenseful, very tense, and had quite a few surprises. James McAvoy and Mackenzie Davis are both captivating and so expressive. The third act really clinched it for me, with realistic-enough choices, a few well-placed jump scares, and a satisfying ending. I haven't seen the original, so no comparisons there.
