What a wild movie choice for 9am on a Sunday. Also, Alicia Silverstone is in this!
I put off watching this because for some reason I was associating it was Funny Games, and Funny Games really freaked me out. It was not as disturbing as I was expecting, other than the opening shot being a close up of a surgery, which I hated, and that I am just sort of freaked out by Barry Keegan in general. It was wild and weird though, and I was fully captivated.
Colin Farrell's emotionless dialogue reminded me so much of a Wes Anderson movie. Even though it was similar to the Lobster, something about it was full Wes Anderson.
