Keeping up with Shudder's promise to release new V/H/S films, this year's V/H/S/Beyond, the seventh film in the series, strikes a different chord. While there wasn't a year attached to this like the three previous films, it still fuckin' delivered.
V/H/S/Beyond is something that needs to be experienced (visually, as in watching the film), not read about. From a skydiving trip gone terribly wrong, a Bollywood video shoot that exposes the true face of stardom, and a doggy day care that is anything but (as well as two other segments), Beyond is sure to continue to reel in fans both old and new to this always-creative franchise.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A chaotic sci-fi horror anthology that escalates from found-footage eeriness into cosmic-scale spectacle, lurching between intimate dread and bombastic alien threats. It's a deliberately maximal, no-holds-barred ride through increasingly unhinged worlds where safety is an illusion.
