Ngl looking back at this movie....idk it has something that i really enjoy.
I think the animation while outdated is darker light then the other illumination movies wich is a good thing,i like bright colors but starring at them for 1 and a half hour is frustrating.
AND THEN YOU HAVE VECTOR,WHO COMMITS CRIMES WITH BOTH DIRECTION AND MAGNITUDE.
Unironically a great villain tbh,he's just so funny and epic.
Gru's character arc in this movie is really good and the three G O R L S
Are funny.
The soundtrack is shockingly amazing,i never noticed how good the music is.
The voice acting is really great,steve carrel's gru voice has become pretty iconic over the years and its warranted since its a really destinct and unique voice,the rest of the cast is also not bad,jason segel as VECTOR is pretty good and for kid actresses,the actresses for the three girls do a pretty decent job.
Unironically one of my favorite animated films considering it has vector.
Mirror is a movie im conflicted on.
On one hand i really like it and i think it deserves the 4.5 rating but on the other hand i thought the 2nd act was kinda boring and uninteresting.
I think im more leaning on my side that says it deserves the rating cause even when i think the 2nd act is kinda boring,its still amazingly directed.
The script is really great to.
The acting is great as well and yeah i just think its a great movie but not a perfect one.
Its no morbuis but its alright

The movie is good even if the pacing is slow for a 1 hour and 20 min movie but its fine.
I really like the music threw out the movie,it feels so grand but doesn't undermine the events going on onscreen.
Nosferatu looks cool as shit,still one of the best looking vampires ever.
Also i like how the movie only uses brown and bluu,i know they had probably limited colors at the time but its still neat.
Anyway besides the pacing,its an incredible movie

Probably one of the most easy 5 star rating i have given.
So i just really like the story in this one,its weird but creative.
At first we think "oh shit the daughter died" but then we see her in this plastic-y cover and a glimpse of what happened to her actuall face.
Both look really cool.
