Idk what i was expecting but this film is such a fun experience.
Not everything makes sense, why are we here?
Why is beau here?
But i think it kinda helps the film.
I love films that deal with anxiety as i have allot of anxiety myself, anxiety, to me at least is something that can really make you qeustion as to what you are doing, you can feel intense ask yourself what the actuall fuck you are doing at that point.
Beau is afraid's middle chunk(and also just the whole movie but especially the middle half) definitly feels that way to me.
Its choatic, its intense, its weird and you never know whats gonna happening next.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A fever dream of a film that mistakes your anxiety for entertainment, darkly hilarious and deeply unsettling in equal measure, Beau Is Afraid is a deliberately overwhelming sensory experience about a man's spiraling internal monologue made grotesquely, surreally external.
