I love Keira Knightley and Lucy Liu, but if it wasn't for the bizarre 90210 plotline with Brian Austin Green and Ian Ziering, this would be 1.5 stars.
The whole movie has the same frenetic energy as Crank. The lighting makes everything in the foreground look yellow and green and all the backgrounds look black. It was visually almost unwatchable, and it was trying to balance more plots than I can remember even though I just finished it 20 minutes ago.
However, my husband always says "I'm Domino Harvey, and I'm a bounty hunter" as his Keira Knightley impression, and I do love that.

A visually stylized, propulsive ride through the world of an unconventional woman who trades privilege for danger, told with kinetic energy and darkly comedic flair. It's a character study disguised as an action thriller.
