this is one of my favorite 2021 movies its thrilling and i want vinny to escape,the villian is also really great.
the horror movies that i find the most terrifying are the one who are more realistic the only exeption is halloween(im sorry i just dont find micheal scary especially in the thorn trillogy)like creep and this movie

I love the Grabber's mask collection. I think I liked this slightly more on the rewatch. It's sort of a slow burn, and I didn't expect so much supernatural activity the first time I saw it. I don't necessarily think a sequel makes sense, but either way that's why I rewatched this one.
More supernatural than I expected, but I guess that's on me for not thinking through "disconnected phone ringing" as a main plot point. Pretty good overall, I think I would have just liked it to commit harder to the supernatural and go all in. Ethan Hawke is successfully creepy and unsettling.
