This movie is conflicting.
I love the body horror,concept of this world and just the weirdness of it all.
The main character could've been fleshed out better but i still think he's good.
The rest of this movie is so mindboggingly all over the place that i can't really point it out whats good or bad.
I do think the good weights out the bad but its the weirdest cronenberg movie i have seen yet,not just because of whats in it but also the quality.

Yes
But i think there is a certain charm to it,where in other films the rest of the movie isn't as wacky as take for example there stereotype of a gay personIn the toxic avenger that stereotype is the least wacky and absurd thing.
The movie is of its time,very much but it also kinda benefitts from it.
Its so absurd and weird and over the top where i can't take anything seriously,including the offensive humor.
Actually it refreshing to see an old movie being as wacky as this.
Its also has some slight racisme jokes but again,from its time.I think also the characters are for some reason kinda endearing.
The design of the titulare toxic avenger is unique.And honestly AGAIN,AGAIN for as dated as the humor is,its actually funny.
(Also i thought this would be the first day ever of the year where i didn't watch a single movie but nah,i remembered that this movie was really short lmao,i stay on top....of having no life)

Funny how no one talks sbout how the minions are the best in the movie because there actually part of the story and not just there for gags
Its not a regular movie and tbh it almost doesn't qualify being called a movie but where it doesn't have any narrative or main set of characters,it is still exhillirating to watch.
The editing and the music do the heavy lifiting but i also like what the show,average human things that humans do day in and day out,humans work fast and the editing and music compliment that very well.

The godfather is the best not my favorite movie ever.
i could definitly see why its said to be one of the best movies ever made.
I don't think this is a case of "im to young" because unlike real cases of that,it doesn't tackle complex adult themes.
I mean yeah it does but not in the sense that you'll only get it once you're a certain age.
The movie itself is amazingly directed and i really like the performances and main character.
Its just that the movie has such a non interesting start and looses me in the last 15 minutes.
3 hours sometimes can be an excellent runtime for any movie but here i just don't feel it.
I still really like the middle half and like i said i still really like the main character,dialogue,cinematography and directing(its also sometimes really funny) but i can't get into it as much as other people.
Panchito and josé are fine here allong with donald.
There honestly far more interesting in the ducktales 2017 reboot
