You're Next

Slow start. I hated all the characters and got antsy for them to start biting the dust. Once the action starts, it gets pretty good. Decent twist, solid ending, and a big eeeeek to the blender scene.

You may know <A HREF="https://letterboxd.com/director/adam-wingard/">Adam Wingard</A>'s name from the recent <I><A HREF="https://boxd.it/e0qK">Godzilla vs. Kong</A></i> film, but he has been directing hits (at least we believe this) years before it. You're Next is hailed as one of the best home invasion horror films in recent history. From the start, it goes right for the jugular, and takes you through a series of twists and turns, including brutal kills, an assembly of weaponry, and the ultimate final girl.
