Is he marvel jesus?
Well sorta.
Heads up but if you don't like the first two deadpool movies then don't bother watching this at all.
The deadpool movies might i add are really divisive to so no matter how high this movies average rating is gonna be,its still gonna be divisive as hell.
Now to the actuall movie.
I will list the pros and cons.Pros:
-Deadpool and wolverine.
They go hand in hand, the pair are excellent together and while the marvel jesus doesn't change that much,he doesn't really need to,i still like his character and his jokes but the star of the show is definitly hugh jackman returning as logan.
Now i,yes even i,someone who didn't find logan all that amazing but still good to be a fitting ending for hugh jackman as wolverine so did they do him justice?
I say yes,i like this version of wolverine going from the worst known wolverine to an actuall good hero.-some of the cameo's
Like tobey maguire and andrew garfield but not as much, some cameo's do serve narrative purposes.
X23 helps with logans arc and the rest of the hero's who help d&w are cool as well.
There gonna be less effective on rewatch, yes but i think they don't overstay there welcome all that much besides 1 moment.-the action
The action like the first two deadpool movies are good,i think its definitly the weakest but not bad at all.
The 3rd act fight was the best one.-the deadpool variants
These can be seen as cameo's but they have never been in the mcu before so in my opinion it doesn't count.
Idk,they were'nt that much, hell barely in the movie but they weren't needed all that much.Cons:
-the story
Tbh the story isn't....awful but its also all over the place.
I mean the goal of our main characters stay the same but it mostly just took place at the tva or a dead giant man's body.-the villain
Is the villain terrible?
No but she doesn't really have a motive besides that she's evil.
But then she has motives.....but only in the 3rd act.-the pacing
The pacing sometimes felt slow and drawn our but there wasn't a part where a scene felt unbearable.Thats d&p for me,is the mcu saved or destroyed?
Neither because i still have trust issue's with kevin feige.

A listless Wade Wilson toils away in civilian life with his days as the morally flexible mercenary, Deadpool, behind him. But when his homeworld faces an existential threat, Wade must reluctantly suit-up again with an even more reluctant Wolverine.

How It Feels
Read from this film's synopsis, keywords and credits, and used to work out what it sits beside.
A gleefully anarchic buddy action film that tears through superhero conventions with non-stop jokes and fourth-wall breaking, pairing an absurdist mercenary with a gruff antihero for maximum chaos and chemistry.

Chris Evans is hotter as Human Torch than he is as Captain America, and that is not a fire joke.
DP&W might have the best fight scenes collectively out of all the MCU titles.

I'm going to keep this generic. This is a super fun time, and at least one cameo was genuinely shocking. The cameos aren't fleeting; they get enough time to prevent it from feeling like a fan service parade. (There is fan service though, of course. Come on.) I wouldn't say this changes the MCU, as they've been promoting it to, but it reinvigorates it.Favorite (Not Necessarily Best) Four From Every Year Since Birth
