The action scenes are mindless fun, plentiful, and long (maybe because I watched the extended cut). The dialogue is pretty generic. Logan stops a villain from killing Yukio and then he says, "Don't hit my friends." Don't hit my friends?! Not even a Bub at the end.
Viper is giving heavy Poison Ivy vibes, and the Silver Samurai looks like Shredder. Maybe those are comic accurate; I don't know.
Edited to add: Mariko gets kidnapped so many times, and it's always just two dudes holding her hands and running away with her
