It's a fun watch, and that's all I need it to be. We were robbed of a full ASGuardians of the Galaxy movie though.
I wish they would just make more episodes in a season instead of these movies.
I appreciate the amount of iconic and quoteable moments. This wasn't an important one to me growing up, so it doesn't hit that nostalgia point that a lot of other Christmas movies do. It's not a must watch for me every year, but it's a great watch that never gets old.

Nicolas Cage was incredible in Pig until this film came along. Fantastic cast and acting throughout, especially Cage’s ability to portray a boring professor whose overnight fame results in both perks and consequences, as well as effects from the two. It’s a very unique film that keeps you engaged until the very end, in A24 fashion.
I would like a deleted scene where after they realize Kevin's missing, they turn to Heather and are like, "Thought you counted everyone, Ms. And-A-Partridge-In-A-Pear-Tree?!"

I watched this in December as part of my Christmas viewing, but it's not Christmas to me. I'm just being respectful of it being Christmas to you. Ho. Ho. Ho.

There are a lot of people that I like in this, and that's really the only positive.
It's a Dolly Parton Christmas musical with Snow White undertones, directed by Henry Winkler, co-starring Cher's dad from Clueless. There was a point in my childhood where this was my favorite Christmas movie, and I have no regrets.

This film had so much potential. The scenery/setting was fitting, but the acting and dialog was just boring. They had this fantastic cast (Hawke, Ali, Bacon, Roberts), but it looks and feels like they just were just hired to draw an audience, and then fuck them over by forcing them to sit and watch a long, boring film. If that’s the case, they won.
I watched this twice in a row today. I always watch it while I wrap gifts, paying partial attention, and I decided to do a dedicated viewing.
So I watch, and everything is going great until Hermey pulld out all of Bumble's teeth while he was unconscious. Wait, what? That's not what I remember. I could have sworn Hermey pulls one tooth because Bumble had a toothache, which was the source of all his rage. I finish it, and I'm confused, so I watch the whole this again. I do some googling, and apparently this is the Rudolph Toothache Mandela Effect.
Honestly I just don't know what's real anymore. Five stars though, and I love that Yukons sled dogs are a dachshund and a poodle.
I watched Barbie last night.
It is so on point that it comes across as "preachy", but I don't imagine subtlety really works well these days.
I liked it but don't foresee myself ever watching it again.
