There might have been something to this if it didn’t continually act like it wanted to be a soft core p*rn.
Not a bad effort for an indie film as far as story and set pieces, etc., and the star is actually not too bad of an actress! It’s just unfortunate that she feels that the character needed to have her fake boobs out all the time.

This was a fun (but overpriced) theater experience. The little girl next to me told me all of her favorite songs and some Taylor trivia, and then she gave me a bracelet. It was nice seeing all the visual effects that I didn't really notice from my seat during the live concert.
This is truly not the time to get pregnant, and I was bothered by that for probably the first half of the movie. You're going to give birth quietly? And have a quiet newborn baby? I know I just met Lee and Evelyn, but this feels out of character for these two responsible adults.
The first time I saw this, I was watching a rented DVD while I waited for Comcast to come set up the internet. I paused when they got there, and when we returned to the tv to get the cable box set up, I noticed the screen was paused on the women losing their clothes to turn into werewolves. Whoops.
Are you scared of clowns? Whether your answer is yes or no, we cannot casually say, "Don't worry, you won't be scared." Terrifer WILL scare you. It's brutal, dark, filled with gore, and... it has Art the Clown, a very violent and terrifying clown at the center of it all. If you watch this and think it wasn't bad, wait'll you get a load of <I><A HREF="https://boxd.it/oI10">Terrifer 2</A></i>!

Scream 2 really nailed the sequel. Obviously it's not as good as the first, because that would be an unrealistic goal.
There's a great balance of returnees from the original, and the new characters include Timothy Olyphant (heart eyes emoji) and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The story ties into the first and builds it out, and it maintains that underlying parody tone, now targeting sequels.

I can't tell if this will be way better on the rewatch or if it'll lose some of the intrigue. Overall it's pretty effective as a creepy thriller. The concept is interesting. There are some plot holes around how this doppelganger community is surviving, but I think this is a case of just forgiving those parts for the sake of the big picture.
Whoa, this is wild. Not scary, but wild. It was surprisingly funny, like Ma's "don't make me drink alone, don't make me drink alone," and also sad, because she is clearly not well. It gives me big "movie I'd watch at the theater for Halloween with my friends during high school" vibes.
It also has Rose from Hart of Dixie, and I love Hart of Dixie, so bonus points.

Half Blood Prince is probably the best Harry Potter movie. It's not my favorite though, because some of them are more fun, so I give them a boost. This one certainly doesn't feel like a kids movie anymore.

I love the Battle of the Seven Potters, but this one loses something for me by not being at Hogwarts. I can't get super into the horcruxes or the lore of the Deathly Hallows. It gets a little complicated.
