There is definitely something lost in translation, but it still has some beautiful people in some half decent action scenes.

Delivery Man is worth a watch if you like Vince Vaughn doing Vince Vaughn things. Beyond that, it is a bit too inconsistent for me. Some of the moments of him finding and helping his children are very sweet and heart-warming, but it's also still about him donating sperm like a thousand times. The vibe just doesn't match.

The story itself is important, and the reporters who did the investigation and exposed Weinstein get five stars. The movie feels like they should have made a documentary instead. It is reporters and facts and interviews and phone calls and conversations, and it just feels like an actual documentary with the journalists would have been more impactful.

This was wild, but the craziest part is that someone would want to break up with Florence Pugh.

I managed to avoid the spoilers before watching this. All I knew was it is cult-related, and I had seen the movie poster, and something was going to happen with a bear. If you've still managed to not be spoiled, go into it that way as long as you aren't easily shaken. This will be a nice counterpart to the teen slashers that make up most of my annual Halloween list.

This was actually pretty good! I had no idea what to expect, being yet another horror film I’d never heard of, but yeah… Good creepy monster flick!
(One quibble, the editor must have just learned about color tinting. Went a little overboard.)

I held off on watching this for nine years because it seemed like it is for the bros, and also I didn't think it would be able to live up to the hype. It is for the bros, and it does live up to the hype. It's pretty great.

Jon Hamm is always charming, but I was expecting SNL-Universe Jon Hamm, and this is more Mad Men Jon Hamm. The movie overall is just pretty forgettable.

I can't say it's a good movie, but honestly I laughed out loud enough times that I would watch it again. There are a lot of dumb things, but sometimes that's okay.

I had pretty low expectations based on the poster. It gives a straight-to-Freevie vibe. I was actually pleasantly surprised. It reminds me of the teen movies from the early 2000s, the Lindsay Lohan/Hilary Duff/Amanda Bynes era, except with an antihero lead.
