I enjoyed this, but also he tells two people he's from the future, and they both just believe him almost immediately. What?! You're telling me James Franco has such a sincere face you just believe him?

Really well directed and acted through and through.
The core idea is far fetched for sure, that the U.S. would build something and then completely let go of control or make it “impenetrable,” but it is a chilling thought.
Forgot how much of a downer it is though.
I like to watch Bring It On alone so there's no judgment when I stand up to perform the cheers, the spirit finger routine, and do the Hey Mickey dance at the end.

Ya know… not too bad. Pretty typical 80s creature-feature with “something” hunting (mostly) beautiful women and an unlikely or initially unwilling hero saves the day.
Plot takes a hit when they start trying to give anything any reason or purpose though.
Creature looks pretty good. Very obviously inspired by ALIEN.

This looks nice but it's just not for me. I'm happy the rest of you love it though. I liked the first one better with a smoldering Harrison Ford. What a rascal.
I thought I wouldn't like this at all, but I did. I love Harrison Ford, and I was excited that Roy is the villain from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie. I think maybe I would prefer the book.
As per BBC standards, the interiors were all shot on video tape, which robs this of its, pardon the pun, bite.
Gone are any dark shadows (again, pardon the pun. IYKYK) and and everything is flat and bland.
Not a bad adaptation, but there is good reason many other attempts AREN’T 2 1/2 hours.
I saw this movie at the theater and hated it, and guess what? I still do.
I wish they danced more.
The first two-thirds of This is the End are SO funny. The dialogue is laugh out loud funny at such a rapid pace. Partially through, specifically when there's a certain demon possession, it gets lost in itself and never really recovers. It's still funny, but a noticable drop off, and then I always leave remembering that.
Chris Evans is hotter as Human Torch than he is as Captain America, and that is not a fire joke.
DP&W might have the best fight scenes collectively out of all the MCU titles.
